Not crowded on a weekday evening. Service is still lacking for all the staff, except for Tian Ling. She is very attentive, helpful and friendly. She recognizes customers. We dine at this outlet at least 2-3 times a month and she is the only one who can recognize us. The rest of the staff were showing unhappy face all the time and were very unhelpful. We like all the dishes they served here.
We went to Canton Paradise bedok mall on a weekday afternoon to take advantage of their 40% off promotion for dim sum and noodles. However, we were frustrated by the service and the waiting time. The restaurant was very crowded with a very loud elderly crowd and the wait staff were slow and inattentive. I had to wait for more than 20 minutes to get my food. The only redeeming factor was that the food was yummy. The dim sum was fresh and juicy, and the noodles was authentically 'Hong Kong' and flavorful. We enjoyed the food, but not so much the experience. This particular outlet needs to improve their service and efficiency, especially during peak hours.
Had a quick lunch on a rainy day at Canton Paradise Bedok Mall. Their service is great as I frequent this place like once a month. The service staff can even recognise me now. This shows that they bother to remember their returning customers.
Unfortunately the cashiers at this outlet will NEVER put on a smile. Totally have no idea why is that so.
But I still highly recommend this outlet.
Prices here are quite high but food taste and quality is commendable. Wide range of different varieties of dishes served here from dim sum to noodles and other types of Chinese food. Many different choices of desserts and drinks also available here. This time I took away century egg porridge and siew mai (steamed pork dumplings), waiting time was quite long as there were many online orders and many people dinning there.
3pm to 5pm dim sum 40%off, and it does not lower the food quality. Love the milk tea, so silky.
Highly recommended.

🤩 : fresh dim sum and dishes, family friendly
🤧 : cold service, error in order taking
This place certainly isn’t the paradise that as promised. My family and I came with some expectations - some met, some were not.
There was a bit of a wait despite having a reservation, and that was followed by relatively cold service, which is frankly very unlike a Chinese restaurant or establishment of the Paradise Group.
Impressive was the dim sum - fresh and well made. Few complaints, especially for the steamed items. The fried varieties were good but not brilliant. They felt fairly ordinary and were just meeting the minimum expectations of dim sum served in a restaurant. Ee Fu Noodles and Mango Sago were frankly run of the mill. Roasts were good, but a little small in terms of portion.
Overall, this seems more appropriate as a casual meal that wouldn’t cost a bomb. I can’t quite recommend Canton Paradise, at least not at the current price point.
A bit pricey but the food was yummy. Staff was very attentive and courteous.
Overall food was good but with not much variety on the Dim Sum. Service was fast and environment was clean.
